Greetings! Coming here to say I appreciate you doing this, and if my request is to complicated hopefully we can come to a agreement on something. Thanks again

I was wondering if you could draw the Minecraft character The Flash as if he was running and possibly add the text "Speed" centered in his stomach/chest area.

Need a example: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ZH55NMS6FSY/maxresdefault.jpg

First I just want to say this seems like a very dedicated project and I Am interested in applying. But before I can apply I want to ask 1or 3 questions so I can get a better understanding of what I'm going to get into.

1) My first question relates to staff applications. What is the process your team takes to review applications and make the final decision? Is it a team or is it just one person doing it?

2) Now for my second question, I was wondering if there's going to be branches or teams within the staff group. Like Applications team, Reports Patrol Team, Media Team, and etc?

3) Lastly, what are your plans in the future. Will you be opening more servers or sticking to factions. Will you be merging up with other networks? If I were to be accepted as staff I would want to know what the future is going to be like.

Thank you for your time and I'm sorry or the multiple questions!
