What is your previous experience with servers?
I have worked on a few servers before applying for this. I first worked as a chat mod on a server. The server was small and the owner closed it down within the first month. It had around 20 people a day. Then my next two jobs were along the same line. I worked as a moderator. Going around and making sure that people were following the rules. Both servers again were sadly closed down. The first full moderator job lasted a month. Then the second moderator was 2 months about and then it was closed due to the owner not paying for the server.
Why do you want to be staff on this server?
I wish to be a member of this server for many reasons. First I want to find news servers to play on. I'm always open to making new friends. Then I also have a history with servers. People can be complete jerks to each other on servers. Many times I see that people are yelling out in chat for help from an admin and no one responds. If I was an admin then I would do my very best to help everyone. I also want to be an admin to learn about upper management of servers. Finally I want to how fun on the server helping others.
What can you bring to the table that someone else cannot?
I can bring my extreme kindness but be harsh when needed to be if someone breaks the rules. I can work on projects for around 24 hours a week or more on some occasions. I'm hardworking and I can work on helping to improve the server to the best of my abilities. I'll be able to stay with this server long term.
Can you build at all?
I'm okay at building when it comes to building without anything to copy. When I just need to copy another build I can build it perfectly, just like everyone else.

I can work on projects for around 24 hours a week or more on some occasions. I'll be able to stay with this server long term. I also have been playing Minecraft for 4 years now so I can answer questions for people.

Experience with Vanilla and MindCrack-like Servers: I have played on a couple servers like this before. Don't worry I was never banned from them it always ended with the server going down due to lack of payments.

Why You Want to Join: I wish to join your server for many reasons. First is I love to do community activities such as UHC. Also I want to be able to be on a server like MindCrack and be able to hang with friends. I would like to build houses and buildings for others to see without fear of a griefer destroying it. I also really want to meet new friends from all over. I hope you enjoyed reading this. And I hope that you pick me to join and if not thanks for just reading this.

Maturity/Why you would like to play: I'm a very mature person who doesn't whine if he doesn't get his way and I will be respectful to all staff. I want to join this to have a server to hang out on or play on that doesn't have plugins or rude griefers.

YouTube (not required): I don't have one.

History of vanilla/semi-vanilla servers: I have played on a few other white-listed servers but they all got shutdown do to lack of playing of world corruption.

2. Do you think you have got what it takes to Administrate ComplexMC? Yes.

3. Why would you be good as admin? I am very smart about Minecraft so I can help out with any problems players have and I'm a nice and friendly person. I am also good with server side help and I'm good at trying to help improve things.

4. How long can you spend a night on our server? Anywhere around 16 - 24 hours a week.

6. Have you ever had experience as staff/admin/mod etc? I have been a moderator a few times now and I think that its time that I try and step up to the rank of admin.

Why Do You Want To Join The Server ?I want to be a member of this server because 1.I don't like huge survival servers that people can just dig holes in the ground and you have to travel 1000 block to get somewhere 2. I always try and make friends and you cant do that on Huge servers because everyone that say "Yes" I'll be your friend is always a troll.
