About yourself: To start off, my name is Carter. I am 16 and I live in Rural Minnesota. I am an avid Minecraft fan, and an avid PC gamer fan. I enjoy every bit of time I get to play on my PC whether it is Minecraft or any other game. I am currently looking for a professional server that matches my professionalism. I want a server that will strive to be a successful Minecraft server and let people enjoy their time playing Minecraft with their friends. I always enjoy being staff on any server and cannot wait to even try to be apart of this server.
Greatest strengths & weaknesses: My greatest strengths would have to be management and friendliness, I am a very good manager and was offered a position to run a gaming organization but turned it down as I did not like the players. I can really work with people and help them achieve what they want to achieve. I know this is only a Minecraft server, but I feel I can change the server just by helping the staff on the server and making sure they know what to do in all situations. My weaknesses would have to be, sometimes I can get angry at people that will not follow the rules or even intentionally break the rules. I have not done this in some time, but I do want you to know that I can get angry at people that break the rules.
Why should we choose you to be a Server Manager for Arbictus Network: I think you should choose me because I know how to manage staff and I am a friendly person that wants to help. Most of the time I am not an angry guy and I always just want to help make the server better. If that means firing some staff even though they are my friends, then that is what I will have to do. I am definitely up for the task of managing a server for you guys and cannot wait to meet you and your current staff team.
How many hours are you willing to dedicate: I am willing to dedicate as many hours as needed on the server. If I need to dedicate 10+ hours a day I will. I promise I will dedicate plenty of time on the server to make it successful.
Previous Experience: I have administrated smaller servers before, but never a server as professional as your server. I am definitely ready for the task of managing a server on the Arbictus Network. I think I will make a great addition to the server with my current experience.
