Is it okay if I remake and upload a version of the skin with all the hat layer bits and bobs?

I play Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta (a port of MCPE), so I'm not sure if this counts.

I like Mineplex and Hypixel both the same. I used to like LifeBoat Survival Games, but they went through a few updates that made them, in my opinion, worse than they were at first...
