Well, to make it more simple and put the answer here. If you are using a server at your home use something called Logmein to connect to it and download things to it. Also you could attach a desktop to it and download to it. If you are using a server hosting website just log in and edit i guess. Personally I like home server hosting because though you have the risk of hackers connecting to your other computers, it's absolutly free!
Also it is WAY easier to home server host because websites have bugs and bugs mean problems and you are sharing 1 server with many others so 1 gets hacked they all including you get hacked then you need to pay more and more and more and more and it gets annoying until you get in a fight and they are mad and charge you $52.72 (life experience here) and you get mega mad and just quit and go to home server hosting and its 100% easier. (I put no periods in there for a reason)
Belive me my server SUCKED with a server hosting company because i couldn't do anything with it but NOW it's a HUGE hit! person on here and there about once a day we get like 10 people on! Then we play HG and stuff really fun check it out now
