What are your best personality traits?:
I am an outgoing person. I like to meet new people and establish connections with fellow players. I have made friends from players to staff alike. Along with this, I am a fair player and stay true to the rules. I like to make my experience in Minecraft fun but I do not let that interfere with work. I will take this role serious and will fill my tasks to the best of my ability.
What is your worst personality trait?:
My hesitance. It's hard for me to depend on others that I don't know well because there's not always a positive outcome for me. This has inspired me to push to make connections with others and learn more about fellow players.

I don't have very much experience in staffing but have been an avid player of Minecraft for many years. (4/5 years?)

What might put you above any other applicant that could be applying?:
I am not just someone looking for power above others and a title next to my username. I am someone looking to provide a safe, friendly environment for others and meet new players while I am at it. I have experience in servicing different personality types and would be a positive addition to the team.
What traits do you expect in a staff member?:
I expect staff to take their positions seriously and not use their advantages over others. Staff should make fair decisions and not let anything but the rules influence said decisions. Despite all this, Staff should be charismatic and friendly role models to players and fellow staff.
What traits do you expect in a server owner?
I expect a server owner to be active on their server and fulfill a trustworthy role to both staff and players. Someone who isn't afraid to make mistakes but also not afraid to learn from them. Similar to the staff expectations but generally a friendly character.
