past Experience:
I think the best place to start off with this would be staff experience. About two years ago I started off with moderating servers. This brought me into the scene of learning how plugins work such as PermissionEX, ChatControl, Essentials, McMMO, Multiverse, Auctions, and I could go on for another two paragraphs. Of course this didn't give me the full experience as a Developer. After about a year of being a staff member on the same server I decided I was getting bored and so I went off and started another server with a close friend. He payed for it, and I developed it; however, the funding for the server soon ran out and we had to cancel the server. After about 6 months I had learnt the in's and out's of loads of plugins. Some of the skills I learnt, for example PermissionEX, I made an advanced file which will be uploaded as an example of my work. In the file I go almost full out with the plugin; including Multiworld support, inheritance, and ranking ladders. But my experience isn't just in plugins it also comes in the form of redstone, creative building, and command blocks. One of my largest builds included an entire good evil system which set a player as good or bad giving a huge variety of perks and downsides. The setup was based off of the mobs you killed. The system involved a lot of control and it would take me a while to explain the entirety of the system but if you are interested in how it was set up, message me. Along side all of this if you would like more examples of my work I recommend talking to me I would love to show it.
Work pay: yes I am fully willing to work for free
A little about yourself: Currently I am working towards an associates while at the same time finishing up High School. This does means that I am unable to work at times due too the demand of work. I still will look at dedicating at least 5-10 hours per week, probably more, to try and develop the server into what you want it to be. I have many ways I can be contacted preferably via skype or email.
I am still relatively new to the server but I do believe in hard work, I would love to get to know the people and would love to help you help them.
