Please refrain from double and triple posting. Allow 24 hours to elapse before posting after yourself.

Honestly look on NewEgg or part pick it. I advise going into a computer shop near you or electronic store that builds computers, tell them your budget, and tell them your goal.

I just picked out the laptop I'm going to get and it's a pretty nice one.

The best way would be to post a thread with it as well as a PMC post on 1 profile.

Post the thread in the forums section Minecraft Servers > Servers

I moved your thread to Server Recruitment, because you're looking for people to join your server, but you're also looking for ways to advertise, and there is not a section for just general server discussion.

We keep the two rooms separated to prevent advertisement spam. Most users in the server hall tend to post their links every 15 minutes exactly, and if we had the six or so people doing that in the general discussion room, there would be so many advertisements, and the flow of chat would be hindered.

This is not a horrible idea, but it's not one I see being put into motion. The chats are to be kept separate.
