Why do you want a server? I have never gotten an owner rank before,and I would love to get it. I would like to have the ability to build things without people wanting to ban me, and where I could ban griefers.

Minecraft/Discussion Help needed to make a successful Minecraft server.

1) Try to make a survival/factions server with a bit of role playing. Maybe if you made a quest/trial for the players to do, with a prize at the end, people would stay on longer.
2) Mob Disguise, Punishments, Tardis, I will think of others.
3) Be sure to keep things interesting!
4) Get some amazing plugins (I will help to think of them) that players get when they donate.
