How would you deal with an abusive staff member?
Report it to another staff member with a higher authority then the abusive player
What can you bring to the server:
Great staffing, Im handy with pretty much anything and I am a very experianced player
Why should we choose you? Some people that apply will come on for a day or two after getting staff but I will stay commited and come on as much as you need me to be or as long as I want to be.
How would you deal with Trollers, Hackers, and Griefers?
Probabaly a 3 strike system First a kick then temp ban (a day or two) then a ban (with permission)

Any experience with being a Admin?: Yes Ive been admin on many servers before but none were serious about growing there server so I left I have even run my own server before in hopes of becoming big but it is very hard so I admire anyone that runs a server. also i have experiance with plugins and all that jazz from running my own server

Describe 3 situations, where someone is threatening the server by Hacking, spamming, or Abusing,say what you will do! 1.Ask them to stop 2.Give Them a warning 3.Take action with a kick or ban

What can you bring to the server?: A serious but yet funny personality and love to make friends with some of the players creating a fun enviroment that they will want to come back to
