Why is it essential for a Moderator to control his/her emotions?: MOderator must control their emotions to main tain being a good mod. If they do not it will be crazy!

How have you been helping the community grow bigger? How will you be helping the server once you're a Moderator? How would you be making the server better?: I will help ANY players. I will make sure I enforce the rules.
The TOBL Staff team has a huge emphasis on teamwork and synergy. Why do you think that teamwork is essential for staff in an environment like The Outback lands?: If there is no teamwork, there will be no server. I believe that if staff does not use teamwork everyone will aruge, if we have everyone argueing, then everyone will leave.
The out back lands gets a lot of moderator applications. What specifically do you think puts you above the rest of the applicants?: I have a lot of +'s about me.
What makes you stand out above the other users applying?
Why do you think that you will not be picked?: I may not be picked becuase I have said bad words. I'm sorry!
Hypothetical Questions
Several people in chat are asking for a server restart. They are complaining that there is block lag and they cannot move. You have told them that the server is not experiencing lag at the moment, and that it is probably their internet connection, but you continue to receive PM’s asking for a restart. What do you do? Say, Restart your minecraft. Try restarting your computer and saying " There is no LAG "
