What will you offer/bring to the table for Desi Factions?*: As a mature and experienced minecraft player, one who has played on almost all the popular gamemodes including factions, I bring lots of great ideas and suggestions that you may or may not use to benifit the server. I have played on multiple faction servers before and can provide you with ideas you may use to make your server fun and enjoyable.
Why should we choose you over other staff members?*: I am a mature minecraft player, I have been playing minecraft for approximately 5 years now. I am kind and welcoming to all, I have much experience in dealing with players as I have been a staff member of 3 survival servers, 2 faction servers and 2 roleplay servers. Over the years being a member of staff has become somewhat second nature to me and I am able to point out and sense when and how players hack/cheat in game. I have knowledge on many different types if plugins and am more than happy to take the time to learn those i do no know. Overall I would just like to help you as much as I can to make this server fun,enjoyable and one of the best.
What makes you unique as a person, and staff member?*: As a person I find myself very kind and easy going however I do not let my personality interfere in my line of duties as a staff member, I love helping others as it gives me a chance to make both them and I happy and satisfied. I am quite calm when it comes to dealing with players and hackers, as long as I have enough proof i wont hesitate to take action. I am great at following orders and if no orders are given I would ask my higher ups for advice.
In what ways will you try to make Desi Factions the best it can be?*: I would start by thinking of ideas that may interest you and/or other owners of the server, I would be a kind, mature and hardworking staff member, I would dedicate much time to the server, I would help to advertise the server, etc.
Past staff experience? We are TOTALLY up for hiring new people to the scene.: I have and currently am staff on other servers who shall remain nameless, I do this to keep my relations separate between servers. If you must know i can send you the ip's privately to avoid conflict. Before these current servers I have been staff on many others such as, Nefortix Network ( currently shutdown), Minecraftsmp.org (old version not the newly reopened one), brutal craft factions (currently closed).
Are you a fun, easy going person?*: I am indeed a fun and easy going person, however as I said before i will not let it get in the way of my duties.
I saw your post about needing some help and I thought I'd lend a hand since I have free time most days. It is very much ok if my help is not needed.
