Minecraft/Servers Server Admin and Builders Wanted

Position: both Admin or builder, i'm equally happy with either one.
Experience: been playing minecraft non-stop since february 2013. I've been Moderator and Admin on a server that has recently died, and I have decent building skills with very original ideas.
Availability: 1-2 hours per day on weekdays and 2-4 hours per day on weekends/holidays.
An idea, be it big or small: Think outside the box, if you wanna make it to the top, do it differently.

PS: I also speak 3 different languages fluently, wich might be handy if you're going internantional.

Why should you choose me: I am a very active and mature player and I would be more than delighted to help you start out on your server.
How will I commit to the server? I can be both Builder and Staff.
Experience: I'm a reasonable Builder, I have a lot of creative ideas and I am very good at terraformaing and other natural stuff (trees, hills etc..) and i have 1 year experice of being Moderator and Admin on a server that is now sadly gone.
