Position you are applying for - Admin

What time are you most often on? (your time) - I am most often on when I have free time, I have free time basically all day unless I want to go do something out in the real world. I will be most available around 5:00 P.M. my time because I eat and then stay on for the rest of the night.

When did you first play Minecraft, how often do you play? - I started playing Minecraft on Easter day, April 2014. I play every day!

Have you ever been banned or temp banned on another server? - Yes, I have been banned from a server as a joke, I was banned when I was being promoted to Moderator on a server called Dream-Mc.

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? – I moderate a server called Dream-MC and I do know how to punish correctly while gathering my evidence to do so, I also know how to watch and catch hackers, I do that on a daily basis as I know what to look for.

How many hours can you contribute per day? - I can contribute a few hours a day, I am always on the lookout for players who need help and looking for possible staff applicants.

Do you have Skype? - Yes, I do, xcraftypvpx.

Do you have any skills/experience in the following (CSS, HTML, PHP, Java, Linux, ect.) (FOR DEVELOPERS)–

A person is hacking. What do you do? (FOR ADMINS) Gather evidence to prove they are hacking, then ban them due to server rules.

A person is spamming. What do you do? (FOR ADMINS) Warn the player that is spamming, if they continue to mute them for as long as required for (2nd offense).

Anything else we should know? – I believe I would be best fitted for Admin position as I am experienced with big server moderation and I know how to recruit players while also knowing how to fix bugs and issues. If a player needs a rank they purchased but didn't receive it I will then give them their rank if they show me proof of them purchasing it.

Hey! I can help here, I would like to be staff, if possible can I be an admin? I know how to look for possible recruits for future staff, I am very good with fixing issues and problems within the server. I would like to be an admin so I can help players with forum issues and make sure everyone is happy while being able to release updates and information for the players. I believe if I am an admin I can keep the server upright and make sure players are happy while making sure our staff is kept in line and doing their jobs correctly and professionally,

Skills: (Building, Moderating, Terraforming, Plugin development, Recruiting, Other?) You can say multiple. Explain and show your work. I am very good and experienced in Moderating and Recruiting, I love helping others and watching chat and making sure no one abuses glitches or hacks, I am good with gathering evidence to ban hackers and cheaters of any sort. Also, if I am accepted, I would love to be an admin if possible, I would love to recruit players who are willing to join the staff team in the future as I know what to look for in applications.
What server(s) have you been staff on previously or currently? I am currently a Moderator on the server Dream-MC, it goes from Helper > Mod > SrMod > Admin, and I believe I am very good at what I do on Dream.
What was your role on that server?
Give some detailed examples on how you did that role. I know how to mute and warn players correctly, I know how to punish depending on the player's offense number, I have to watch chat and make sure no one spams or bypasses the filter. I ban hackers on the KitPvP and OpPvP side of the server.
What is your time zone? UTC 0:600 Central Time.
When and how often are you likely to be on? I will be on as much as possible, I will always be on more than a few times a day for a few hours at a time to watch and make sure everything is running.
Why do you want to help and become staff on this server? I want to help a server flourish and become a great server down the road, I want to have more roles of responsibility and have a greater level of maturity as well being able to help players and help the server, I can help find issues within the server and fix them right away.
From a scale of 1-10 how mature do you consider yourself to be? I would say 8, I can have a little fun at times if needed.

NOTE: If accepted, I wish to be an Admin if possible, this will allow me to recruit players and help fix bugs-and-issues found within the server, as well allowing me to fix purchase issues and giving players ranks if provided evidence.

What motivated you to apply for an administrative position? I am motivated to apply for the admin rank because I believe I can help out your server grow and flourish. I am mature and I know how to handle situations correctly and respectfully. I do not get angry easily so I will be able to perform my best 100% of the time. I am motivated to apply for admin because I believe I can help pick out future applicants and also help with finding and fixing up bugs and glitches found through-out the server. I am pretty good with plugins and will go in further depth within the next question. I am also motivated to apply for admin because I believe I can patrol/watch the chat and give out proper punishments depending on server rules. I will always enforce the rules and make sure it is fair for everyone. I will always be there for players and help fix and bugs or issues that they know of or have. Some issues I can help fix are, "I didn't receive my rank that I purchased, can someone help me?" I would ask them for a picture that they have bought the item and then give them their rank with /pex user <Name> group set <rank> (if we have pex plugin).

How well are you at Plugin Configuration? I am pretty good at plugin configuration, I can setup permissions and such. I can easily spot errors in the plugin and then instantly be able to fix it. I am pretty good overall with my plugin knowledge.

Why choose MysticNation? (1 Paragraph Minimum) I am choosing MysticNation because I would really like to help a server flourish and become a great server overall, I strive for success and I would like to help the best I can. I want to be apart of a great community and just help so much more than possible. I would really like to become an admin so I have the ability to help players even more than a regular staff member. I chose MysticNation because I think it would be a great place to start anew and meet new players and hopefully become friends with them.

Have you been given tasks regarding Recruiting Staff Members before? I haven't had a chance to recruit a staff member in my life but I can pick out good information to be able to accept or deny, I can tell whether someone is lying or not. I will always make sure I know who I am accepting if given the opportunity to do so.

Are you willing to be a dedicating individual to our staff team? I am very willing to be a dedicating individual, I will always do my best and am always willing to give out good advice and suggestions while helping the staff team function and work cooperatively.

What makes you a reliable asset to our staff team? I am a reliable asset because I know how to staff and make sure everything is functioning correctly. I believe the happier the players and staff are, the better the server runs.

How well do you think you will do your job as an Administration Staff Member and why? I think I will do very well because I know what I am doing as I know how to give out proper punishments and know how to work with plugins and permissions and whatnot. I am extremely friendly and caring to others and I love to help them with their issues.

Do you have any previous experiences of being an Admin? I have an experience of being an admin on another server, the server was a factions server and I had to know how to work with plugins and help others while learning the punishments. I learnt how to manage my time wisely and know how to manage certain situations such as players argueing or bypassing the chat filter. I believe I would be best suited for admin.
