Server you are looking for is what I was looking to find, but after playing in many of them I was forced to make my own.
Come and give it a try, I keep all friendly players so when number is good we go whitelisted.
There is no pvp and for now we have some plugins for protection. Server is offline but if you have legit game you can still play there.
