I would like to see a more of slow progression in the game. I don't want to be able to start a new world, craft a pickaxe out of stone, jump into a ravine and then find 2 diamonds and have the best sword in under 10 mins of playing. I want to start out and slowly (with effort) get better and better and do things that will earn me (not take) that better sword or armour.
Build in economy into the game to give you money when you do things, build things, kill things and then use the money to buy better materials or mats/gear.
I would like to see a Quest editor put in Minecraft so you can put down an NPC and assign him as a quest giver so when you share your map, people can progress through quests to make it more interesting.
Better Ore's and NPC's the further you go out in your world.
More dimensions that need more exotic gateways to get there which return great benefits when you are there,
Also an easier and more reliable MODding platform.
Is that enough?
