You shouldnt start a build team just out the blue, honestly, and a person looking at this would see nothing that you can contribute besides being labeled "Owner" so I would suggest posting your own work so people can get a feel for the skill/style that would be appropriate to that of the team. Now assuming that your building skill is average( no examples to take into account so and average is fair to say) personally I would say that you should start of and work with multiple build teams and improve you skill before attempting on starting a Team of your own to produce quality work that shows your experience and skill that you have learned from the experience of working with other teams. This is just my honest opinion and I hope you luck, with what ever you decide.
PS. you should not ask people to rate their build style on a scale of 1-10 or a scale at all, a portfolio of their work should be enough to show their skill.
