What is your current level of knowledge on MC: I am very aware of the staff commands and no, I do not need the require of help to learn since I have been playing Minecraft since 2011 and I will try my best to answer the difficult questions about the game and also about how I can help them.

Previous Server Staff Experience: I have been an Owner, Admin, Moderator, Builder, and Helper etc in previous servers that I've joined but they are not active anymore so I left all of them.

If you have experience on other servers,which servers have you been on (with IP)
I was an admin in a growing community called Shroomcraft. Sadly, its offline now because it was always prone to DDoS and could not pay enough for the server to be online 24/7.
On average, how much time can you commit to be a staff member?
4-5 hours or more than that. I can play almost everyday if you want me to.
Do you have Skype? On a scale of 1 to 10 how good are you to talking to strangers?Yes, I do have skype but I'm not good on talking to strangers if it involves talking on voice chat cause I get nervous talking, lol. My skype is alexdaturtle
Why do you want to become a Staff Member ? (Please give the reasons why you wish to be promoted to a staff member e.g. To stop Hackers and maintain server rules) Because I wanna help out and all to show that in this server this is respect in the staff community to the players. I feel like we'll get all along as a community and also to enforce the rules in this server.

Why should we pick YOU out of all the other applicants? I'm willing to do my best at my work and I'm a very experienced player in Minecraft and also at being staff.

What can you offer if you become a Staff Member? I can maintain the respect in the server and help guide players and answer their questions while I'm doing my job as a Moderator.

Give us examples of how you would deal with situations as a Staff Member.
I would immediately report to the higher authorities if someone is hacking in the server and also help out any situations if the players are having a problem.

I joined the server, couldnt even go to Factions. Tried /warp factions too and didnt work ( No Perms ), The spawn is old and so is the sign warps. The Holo's are dry aswell the spawn. I can help with this all

What position are you applying for? - Helper / Mod

What's your age?- 16

How much time can you dedicate to the server? - I do Online School, so a lot.

What's your time zone? - PST

What are you experienced in? I am very experienced at handling sticky situations and being able to come to a good middle hopefully making everyone happy in the end. I'm a GREAT Communicator which has helped me through a lot of situations to dealing with people. I have a lot of Plugin and Game Experience with Minecraft. I have a lot of experience with being Admin and or Moderator but I am a firm believer in gaining ranks, Start low get a higher type of rank deal. I have a great deal of experience with Building and Computer Networking Security and Software, I have taken numerous of online and Hands on classes as I would like to go into that field of work someday. I have configured ALOT of configs from Permissions to Custom plugins type of stuff and have 0 issue working on them.

Are you able to work around others? - Yes, I'm extremely comfortable talking to people at any age, I have high respect for people no matter what rank or type of person long as respect is shown in return. I love working with people as it makes it so I am not alone and bored half the time.

What makes your application stand out from the others? I am very responsible and respectful in any manner long as it is returned. I don't and won't judge people until I get to know them and understand them. I am very active and almost always on my computer considering I do online schooling opening a lot of my day to do what I will. I have seen many servers have great content and TERRIBLE staff/community I highly wish and hope that won't happen. I know I would do whatever I could to make sure this server had the best community and staff possible?

Do you have any experience in this position, if so, where?

I have a lot of experience with Moderator and Admin, I have been Mod on a lot of servers that have failed. I'm currently an Admin of an upcoming server and I am a Moderator on 2 other servers as well that are waiting to be released.

Why should you be Admin/Community Manager on The oxter PVP Network?

Great question! Well, I am 16 and very mature. I have only a Mother and Sister which has forced me to man up and understand adult things at a young age. I'm extremely nice and polite! I have no issue's being told to do work at all long as it is in a respectful manner.

How often can you be online and how long a day?

A lot of people might say this, but all day? xD I do online school and only have too do assignments every Wednesday. Therefore leaving the entire week open.

Basic overview of your skills:

My communication skills are great, I love to resolve any issue calmly and respectful especially if tight tensions can be avoided. I am able to type up things if need be. I have somewhat good video editing skills from doing some youtube every now and then plus some GFX Editing. I can keep calm and respectful in tight situations and I can make good choices in a short quick time.

About Yourself:

I'm 16, Currently living with my Mom in the Evergreen State with My Older Sister. I play CSGO a lot and usually play for cash. I play ALOT of Minecraft on many servers. I especially love Factions and SMP. I have a Girlfriend of 2 Years that is very understanding of what I do. I live in the Ghetto, Thus has put me into a lot of situations of I could wish I never was in, I have been too Juvey and It has made me EXTREMELY thankful of what I really do have in my life, Please don't stereotype me. I LOVE talking to people and learning about people. I'm extremely active on Discord and Skype for Business Reasons if need be. I'm on my computer at a minimum of 6 hours. I also have some building skills for Minecraft. I have a bunch of friends that are great at building as well.
