If a player is caught hacking, what would you do. Well first I would need definite proof. If he is flying and stuff then I would ban him, and his IP. The server does not need any hackers trying to cheat for his things.
How do you handle staff abuse I would have a talk with them. I would tell them that they were a trusted member and now they have lost all trust. I would really make them feel bad if they abused. Afterwards, I would ban him.
Why do you want to become staff? I want to be staff because I think my services could be of us to others. I have many skills that make me above all the other applicants.

I am a very mature, responsible, and fun young man. I respect every person on the server; no matter rank, or age. Many people think younger players should not be valued as much as others. That is not true. Most of the more active players are the younger ones. Anyways, I am very responsible. If I am told to do something, it will be done in a timely, orderly, and done the right way. I am also not afraid to speak my mind. If I feel another staff member is doing something wrong, I will confront them about it. I'm not afraid to speak my mind to others. Lastly, I love to have fun. I like to communicate with players and make them feel welcome! I really enjoy playing Minecraft, and I hope you accept me!
