Try delete the whole minecraft folder and reinstall the game
Pls note that all your files will be deleted so pls create a backup which yo can create a new folder on your laptop and paste your stuff into that folder and drag it back to the miencraft folder when it is done installing DON'T OPEN THE GAME.
