The reason "username666" exists is because he's using a cracked version of Minecraft where you can change your name before entering the actual game. This way he can block hack and stay anonymous at the same time.
I know about the cracked Minecraft because most of the kids at my school are too poor to afford the real version so they get the cracked version.
