Thanks! Sorry if I am asking too much but, what would 500-600 get me? I can pay this, I am just wondering what I would get.
A CPU that's ~3/4 as good, a GPU that's ~1/3 as good, worse case, worse motherboard. I can make a part list if you would like.

You also won't want windows on both sides ( I don't even think there are cases like that.) As for LED's, I picked a motherboard that would match them and you could find some cold cathodes.That looks great! I forgot to ask though, I wanted a dvd player for if I watched a movie or loaded a disk software. Although you can get a external one can't you? (Sorry if I'm being kind of noobish.)

You could decrease the price by buying a cheaper case and RAM, but they're very high quality.
I edited the original build above to have a different motherboard, as the price was using a microcenter discount that you couldn't get. It also already included a DVD/CD writer/reader.
