Please fill this out so people can help you.

What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi

It added some features that people were complaining about. Some minor changes that sometimes come in handy. But the big change in my opinion is that It boots to desktop not Metro. Also the apps can be used in desktop mode. Also considering that the search bar has been organised better, its a lot easier to use the apps on desktop. Not that I use the apps though.

You do know that the Windows 8.2 or update after 8.1 has it launch to the desktop right? So you won't be in the Metro Interface. Also the apps can be used in desktop mode. I don't know if this is like a small update for 8.1 or not, but I did get a official update that added these things.

Thanks everyone for your help. I'm just going to buy the OS from a trusted seller. Hopefully my PS4 sells soon so I can build it faster.

Randomness3333Great build 57. As for the OS it's your choice. You can save some cash by getting it from r/softwareswap but make sure to find a reliable seller first.

Yeah that's what I'm worried about. I can't use the OS on my current PC can I? Oh well. I guess I'll just get it from whatever place pcpartpicker says its cheaper at the moment.

He means getting a windows product key from reddit.com/r/softwareswap. Downloading windows putting it on a Flash drive after building you install windows and enter your product key. The keys cost 10-20USD

Yes I know that. I'm worried about how legitimate a seller is. That's why I might just buy it from a trusted seller.
