People are already working on some maps you have listed. I'm currently working on Peragus, L33tsauce is working on Taris and IKN0WKUNGFU is working on Manaan. Also its spelt Dantooine + Peragus II is the planet with the big giant exposed core, the actual mining facility you play in on KOTOR 2 is the Peragus Mining Facility.
