That is a good point but for co-owner...no, and also I intend to focus advertisement efforts during the time when we have most our staff online, which would result in your graveyard shift only having few ppl online if any, this is how things worked out for us in the past leaving me to favor ppl who would be on at peak hours.

I like to be on Minecraft for like the whole day when I'm not busy and right now I need to wait until Dec. 25 until my Internet resets which makes Minecraft fast so yeah. Ill have to wait. But I will dedicate 79% of my free time to the server

I've advertised correctly, help build, introduce my great friends, help the admins. Also I've made a website for the websites that requested one!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I know how to react correctly and formally when someone either grieves, spams, curses, hacks or advertise.
Grief: I'd tell them to return the items and might possible get TempBanned depending on how heavily they grieved
Spam: If they spam, ill give them a warning. If they continue, I'll mute them and they STILL continue ill kick or jail them.
Hack: Immediate jail, ban or tempban depending on how badly they hacked. If its xraying immediately ban. Flying is kick etc..
Advertise: I'd warn them then if they continue, I'll mute them.
