It depends.. it looks like the ! mark at the side is an advertisement but as for the text box I'm not sure, usually appears if you've been downloading a lot on the website or signing up for something or sometimes if you've answered you password wrong a number of times. What website were you on and what were you trying to do?

Why don't you try doing a Minecraft mini-game or server? Just because you've done two doesn't mean you need to stop in fact maybe you should do a Let's Play that lasts for 100 episodes?
