Minecraft/Servers Need or want to own a server?

Reason to pick me: I want to own a server so I can create something new! Make a new experience for all kinds of Minecraft players. Like some new kind of joy-filled server. I have some experience of hosting a server like:

-The basics foundations (Plugins, etc.)
-Hiring staff (The best that is available)
-Plugin Config.
-Listening to player base needs/wants (Usually try to give them the plugin that they requested)

I also want this server for a personal server to make YouTube videos on. I'm also thinking about making a YouTube group, so this server would be useful
My ideas for this possible server is like a towny server for the casual Minecrafter, a faction world for those who want to challenge their opponents, and finally a mini-game world for those who like to play them. This server could be a huge success, and you (the person who created this post) can have a special in-game rank and a cut of profits if you wish!
