Previous Experiences as a builder: Yes i'm currently helping my friends server ArticCraft build his Hub server. Working hard as a player to get known out their so would you please give me a chance?
Role as a builder: Builder/ Terra-former/ Interior Design/ etc , Interior designer i'd love to become that staff position. I know how to make good living rooms, Good designs.
Why do you want to join?: Like your Forum post i'd love to help you guys with Designing and helping you with basically every need.

Reason that you want to be staff: I wanna be staff so i'm able to give those players some certain aspect of the game, I wanna help the owners and the other staff members with anything they need. Really to be the truth i'm wanting to be on the server so i'm able to have fun with every single new player.
