Experience in theme park servers: None, unfortunately. I never even thought about a server based purely on a theme park. It sounds like a pretty cool idea.
Experience as staff: I've been an admin on atleast three different Tekkit servers, during which I created two spawns and was generally thought of as a good admin. I've only been an admin on normal minecraft server, and it wasn't very populated, so I can't really say whether I was good in that or not.
What makes you think you qualify: Definitely not my building skills, which I lack severely. However, I reckon I could make a fairly good moderator/admin for the server, seeing as I've had extensive experience in that field.

Have any bans?: Probably, a long time ago, but I don't think anything major (RawTech often bans me from his DVZ servers just because I'm me)

Do you have any ideas for our theme park server?:..Nope...
Do you know how to use We and Wg?: I was often required to use WE on the tekkit servers I admin'd on, and to a lesser extend WG too, though I'm not as familiar with it than I am with WE.
