I was already planning to build one, except without any plugins needed to run it and have redstone do the work.
However I don't expect to even start this until after head in the clouds (building contest)
is over. I don't think it would be something I could do alone so I would need a team.
But for everyone to work on this at once I would need a server. And I cannot get a server... so if this is a group thing with a server I would redstone automate it and build some. The only thing I would need is an ip permissions world edit and credit for what I have done. If you would like to look at my previous work, don't because it's all from 1.5
