Experience: I Have alot of experience in all being a staff role of mod or higher on servers Most Notably a 400+ player server Once, called MCSPVP it is still up just not as popular they demoted me for a stupid reason but i was still la productive and always active member of staff. I would say i did a good job because people are helper for months on the server but i was helper for only a few weeks before i got mod. I would say that im good with making decisions and am familiar with things such as Clients and what they can and cant do and so would say im quite good at knowing hacks and just skill. Im also a friendly person who likes to communicate with the players on the server so that they are having a good experience and also so i would know if anything going on and they know that i would come on no matter the situation with me or how busy i am to help them
