    I am applying for server moderator

    Why I would like this position: I would like to become a server moderator on GhettoCraft because I enjoy minecraft and I've been playing since Alpha. I am sick and tired of hackers, griefers, and trollers, and I enjoy getting rid of them. I miss when they were rare, not everywhere.

    Why you should choose me for this position: I am a hardworking, dedicated, respectful, and just person. Believe me, I'm strict when I need to be. I have lots of experince being a staff on servers. I have been a everything from trusted to Co-Owner (mostly moderator) on many servers. Servers I've served as moderator on include on OctopusCraft, WorldX, and many more. I was Head Admin on SuperCraft, and Co-Owner on AgentTCraft. Sadly, all these servers died, and I have more free time now. I also I host my own private Bukkit server. I am highly experienced with many plugins such as Essentials, GroupManager, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, SWatchDog, and LogBlock. Also, I'm one of the few people who actually know what a moderator's purpose is. Everyone thinks moderators are VIPs who receive permissions and do whatever. I HIGHLY disagree. I know a moderator's purpose is to protect the server, help players with issues, ban violators violators of the rules if it were ever to be necessary, and restore justice. I would NEVER abuse my power, I hate to permaban people, unless their violation of the rules is very severe. I always give players several CLEAR warnings, kicks, or mutes before I even think about banning them. I never ban someone if I don't have solid proof that what they supposedly did wrong.

    If Two Players Were Arguing Over Scamming, What Would You Do: If two players were arguing over scamming, I would hear what everyone involved had had to say. I wouldn't result to temp-ban/perma-ban unless I had proof of the scamming.

    If A Player Is Being Accused Of Hacking, What Would You Do: If a player was accused of hacking, I would hear what everyone involved had to say, check plugins like NoCheat (if the server had them). Then after I had proof I would result in bans.

    I will be on a maximum of 5 days a week, and 1-2 hours a day.
    You should pick me as staff member because I have been on many servers and noticed the swarms of new-comers, griefers, and lack of moderators and administrators online to deal with issues. I have also played minecraft since alpha so I have an extraordinary amount of experience with the game and servers.

    More ores. Ruby etc. Emerald, lapis, and obsidian tools. Villagers that can defend themselves and harvest and plant crops. The red dragon mob. More advanced farming plows etc. Plugin support and grief protection for vanilla servers. Moderators on vanilla servers. Better crafting recipe for bread. I.E grind wheat into flour and mix flour with an egg to make bread dough. Put the dough into the furnace for bread. Items in village blacksmith furnaces.
