ashland50Well, sorry if this isn't the right place. Never mind. Life in 2016 is a joke. It's not even funny. It's sad really. You got these stupid dumb 3D games that make you feel sick. Why have them? In the 90s, you had good games. Why can't you play the original Sonic the Hedgehog anymore? Why can't we install Windows XP on Windows 7? Wait. It's the SATA drivers. Why can't we still have a floppy drive? Everything can only get emulated! What happened to the Nintendo Gameboy or the Sega Genesis? It's all gone! Where is the dial-up connection? The Internet was never a bullying area. It just had Yahoo, Google and WebCrawler. Now you got YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. GitHub? The place when you can share your code with the world so they can use it as their own project!

You can still do all of that stuff.
You can still play Sonic the Hedgehog.
You can still use Windows XP. Hell, I still have a Windows XP computer. You want it?
You can still have a computer with a floppy drive/ install a floppy drive on your computer.
You can still buy and use the Nintendo Gameboy/ Sega Genesis. Check eBay or Craigslist.
If you really want dial-up connection, (and the only way I can see as to why someone would want that is to hear the ol' dial-up sound) I believe you can still get it.
None of this stuff went away. You just have to look for it.

The only thing "bad" about Minecraft today is my sense of nostalgia kicking in. Ah, the days when finding biomes like deserts, jungles, and snowy taigas weren't so hard.
The days when lush green forests spanned over much of the landscape.
The days when colors were brighter.
The old sounds and textures.
Less mobs.
Those were the days.

Honestly, I wish the simple solution to your "Minecraft is dead" problem would be to tell you to play on older versions, but the amount of online servers based around older versions is slim to none.

It depends. If I could have it my way, I wouldn't make another Indy movie. The damage was done with Crystal Skull. But I suppose Indy 5 can't be worse than Crystal Skull. If they have a good cast, set the time period in the 30s-40s, use real film (35mm), and make it entirely practical (like they did with the original trilogy), then I'll be hyped.

Any new Adam Sandler picture. I don't watch them 'cause when people watch them it's like they're saying "here's my money, make more!"

I used to hate musical pictures in general, but I saw Singing in the Rain and Grease, and those were good.
Specifically, I hate musical pictures that have to shoehorn in a song every five minutes, so by 30 minutes in, you want to scream "get on with it!"
I mean, I get that random outbursts of song are fun, but when you've already seen three in ten minutes, you start moaning about how they should get to the plot and/ or turn the picture off.

Same here.

There was one girl that I was peer pressured into dating in 8th grade. I asked her out and we both were happy at first. Que the creepy pet-naming clingy texts from her.
"Good night my sweet prince"
"You're my knight in shining armor"
... And she wasn't kidding. Broke up with her two days later.
There was another girl I dated in 9th grade (I'm in 10th now). First date was great, but after that? We literally couldn't hold a conversation past the ten second mark.

On a lighter note, there's this girl that I have liked since mid 8th grade. We share a lot of the same interests and beliefs. I care for her, think about her a lot, and hope to make or see her happy one day. I dare say that it just may be love... or just "teen love." She's quite different than the other girls I know. Recently I told her my feelings for her and asked if she liked me. She said "I don't know... you're cute and you're one of the few people that can make me laugh. You make me feel better and other times you annoy me."

So yeah..

I've decided to put off dating until I get a car anyway. It's embarrassing to have your mom drive you and your girlfriend around. Take this advice. That's the time I recommend for dating.

I'd say keep it simple. Those are usually really popular. AKA a small selection of colors on your palette. Just make some angles and patterns that look good/ follow the anatomy of the human body/ animal body/ whatever.

That there dun lies the problem. "Don't update." Trust me, I'd love to play on 1.7.3 Beta, but the problem is that there is very few Beta servers left, and even fewer last long. This is not only because of the server update, but also because Minecraft.net doesn't have an archive of old server jar files.

I'm sure there's a lot of people that don't want to update. But with technical server updates that are unavoidable, we don't have much of a choice. Playing alone isn't very fun.

Man, they need to stop adding so many pointless mobs. I used to think Minecraft wasn't supposed to have bosses and be just a plain sandbox game. I guess I was wrong. Before they add more mobs and other stuff, they need to work on the quality of the game (lag-reducing, bug-fixing, etc.)

Scream "nostalgia glasses!" for all I care, but I'm afraid they're going to start adding cars and machine guns soon, if they go with this whole "popular mods get added into the official game" mentality.

I remember begging my parents for membership so I could do stuff. Man, that site was unfair. It was like living under a dictatorship that required you to be rich in order to do stuff xD, but I loved it.

I stopped playing it for two reasons:
> I was getting older, so Club Penguin was considered "baby-ish"
> The site went under a whole makeover and everything looked straight out of some goofy teen movie

Yep, this happened to my favorite server today. Someone joined and went around the world blowing everything up. Couldn't stop him because
1. The owner appointed lazy people to be moderators (They weren't on)
2. There's no backup

Those are some sick specs. Only my custom built Apple II+ could run better than that, and even then, it's close to a tie with this one.

Are you trying to say that you aren't allowed to make a black skin if you aren't black, and vice versa? It sure sounds that way, and it is offending to many if you did mean it that way.

No, you're taking it all wrong. There's no rulebook to what you should or should not skin. I'm just saying you shouldn't have to do mc skins of different races to avoid being "racist". I'm definitely not trying to be racist, I'm saying its ridiculous that you would make a skin to portray a culture/race that you don't even know. The other races can make their own skins if they want.

Agree. Who cares if a lot of skins are white? There's a lot of white people. If someone wants a skin of another race, they can simply make one or request one from one of the many talented skin artists on this site.
