your probably giving them the wrong ip
there's a different ip for people getting on from another network

MasteryxxxOk everyone so I am offering a chance for anyone to become and Admin on my server for FREE! There only thing that you need to do if make a video for the server that I can use. Only you upload the video to you tube please message me the link and I will start to judge. There server IP is 74.103.209.123 So all i am looking for is like a video about the server, you don't even have to talking in it. just have great visuals and at least good background music.
