What am i applying for[Builder/Staff Team]: Head-Builder
Why I want this Job: I have played Minecraft for a few years now and have seen many servers, many builds, and many people. I have interacted with other players, always trying to help other people out in whichever ways i can as I have always preferred building and helping over destroying and stealing. I have built some SG Maps but also some hubs. Even in survival and factions I try to build, although it usually gets destroyed I like keeping informed about information, so if anyone else needs the information, I have it on hand to tell them. I also have never liked people who wish to hurt the experience of other players, as on the first server I ever played on, there were other players who cared more about making me and my friends not enjoy ourselves then even enjoying the game themselves. I enjoy keeping chat friendly, as a friendly chat promotes friendly interaction between players.
What can I offer/experience? I can help build anything that may be needed. I am most proficient in terraforming and nature, but I can do buildings as well, especially medieval. I also enjoy building maps, such as SG maps or KitPVP maps, and spawns or hubs. When I build, I try to get to know the other builders well, as in order to create good builds, the builders have to agree with each other. When I can, I also enjoy getting builders that are strong in areas that I am not as good at. I also enjoy keeping chat clean of misbehavior such as spamming or excessive capitalization, as that doesn't give all players a chance to chat and maintain a conversation that promotes friendly discussion. On servers where I have been staff, I enjoy participating in conversations as I think its good for players to know that the people who keep up the rules in chat are also people, and not just robots. Aside from simply maintaining rules, I enjoy making sure players know all they need to know to have a fun time, and making sure that they aren't have a bad time.
