Do you have any recording software and video editing skills?: No software really at the moment, but I have done some video editing in the past, and could easily start again.
Can you build? If so please provide images of YOUR OWN WORK: Unfortunately, I am more of a player and staff member than a builder, so I can't say I have any exceptional talent here. I can build some things, but I wouldn't say I am the best.
Tell us about yourself: I've been playing Minecraft since before beta 1.8, so I know my way around. I stopped playing for a while, but multiplayer really brought me back in. I am an experienced player and administrator, and I believe I can put my skills to use as a staff member on your server.
Why should we hire you over the other person?: Put simply, I have the knowledge and the expertise to help a server reach its potential. I feel that my dedication and my ability to work as a team player could be useful in managing a server and its staff.
Are you currently staff on another server?: The server I play on the most, Legendary OP Factions, is currently slowly dying, with less and less people playing. However, I am a mod on that server, and I have tried to keep it running. Without an effective owner, I decided it would be time to start looking for other servers to play.
Have you ever been staff on another server? If so, what position(s)?: I have been a moderator twice, and admin once, and an OP once.
Why do you want to be a staff member on PvP-Realms?: It looks fantastic, and I've been wanting to return to a PvP server for a while now.
What timezone are you in?: Pacific Standard Time
What times can you be on PvP-Realms?: Since the summer is starting, I can play around 5 or more hours a day.
If someone is spamming in chat, what do you do?: Give A. a warning, then B. A tempmute. If they continue, this can lead to a permanent mute or even a tempban.
If someone is hacking, what do you do? The Ban Hammer strikes swiftly.
If someone claims they are hacking what do you do?: A. Mute, then B. Investigate. If they are hacking, see above.
If someone is claiming you are abusing your Staff privileges, what do you do?: Speak with them to determine why they think this is, then if it is true, attempt to rectify that behavior by ceasing it entirely.
Do you realize that this job is a lot of pressure?: They say if you love your job you'll never work a day in your life. I love Minecraft, so I don't think this will be too much stress.
