Describe yourself!: I'm a trustworthy player, always responsible. I never do anything that is wrong to do. Im also a Coder/Developer
How do you deal with conflicts?: Well depends on what the conflict is: if its arguing.. find out what it is and tempmute if keep going on. Or if its Spamming: 3 Warns then kick if keeps going Mute for an hour

Why you should have the position: I should have this position because i am trustworthy person, can be on atleast 3 hours a day and always wanting to help new servers and players with their problems.
What extra would you give the server?: What extra you would say? Well I may donate in the future and I would likely just build for you if needed.
