When a user comes on my server who trys to impersonate the planetminecraft staff, I usaully have a bit of fun with them asking for an e-mail etc. Recently a dev on my server had the idea to code a simple fakeop plugin though which tricks them into believing that they're OP and does some disguising on commands too strengthen the believe of them being OP. Though usaully I ban them after I've had my fun with them due to them usaully not reading the server rules etc. and not planning to be a quality/mature member of my community.
