What kind of system do you have ? (Mac, Windows ect.) If you have a windows 8 if you can't figure out anything else, reset your computer and re install everything. (This will take several hours) Or just refresh it. (This will take about 20mins) This is how you do it
Click on you user name in the top right corner
Go to Change Account Picture
Go to the section that says General
Now go to the bottom and choose what you want to do.
You probably don't have a windows 8 computer. Anyways. Your computer may have a virus. I don't know much about computers but still consider resetting your computer if you have a windows 8
