To start with, I am not the type of guy who easily gets pissed off. I am patient and do not really care what others think about me. But if this was not the case, I would probably warn him. If he keeps doing that after the warning then I would most likely mute him for 'x' time.
You are building a Hunger Games map, a hacker starts to grief your build, what do you do?

Have you ever been staff on a Minecraft Server before? If yes, then what rank and what server?
I used to be Manager on a minigame server named GreekVipCraft. It was not a very famous server until I joined and made some serious changes.
Do you consider yourself mature enough to consider that there are younger children on the server? And to never EVER talk in unnecessary language?
I am not that type of guy who uses inappropriate language. I would never swear in public or even in private.
What are you going to commit to this server to make it better?
There are many - many things I am able to do. Unfortunately, I know nothing about the server and its mechanics. If you can tell us a bit more about the server and how it works I will be able to answer your question. As for now, I am able to spend my time and knowledge on your server.
Are there any talents that you have to help with the server?
Managing and Communications are the things I am good at. That is why I am applying for Manager anyway.
What level do you consider yourself when it comes to the job you are applying for?
I am not the one to say that, but seeing my experience and knowledge I would say I am an expert at this. I know how to Manage a server, help people and above all help you make your dream server come true.
Would you like to advertise for the server to get custom titles and commands?
No, not really. I am not that type of guy. This will mostly get me banned on some servers and the server won't increase its player base at all. But I have a few ideas on how to advertise legally.
Do you know anyone who plays MC to join the server?
No, I do not but I don't think this should worry you at this stage. The server still has room for improvements! So let's just focus on making the server good and then inviting players!

Of course I am if it is a XenForo website! This is actually my job!
