What Would You Do if 2 staff were fighting (and you were a higher ranking member)?
I'd ask what is the problem and try to calm them down, but if they continue I'd report them to my seniors.
What Would you do if 2 staff were fighting and you were a lower ranking member?
I respect my staff so I wouldn't be mean but if they continue I will have no choice but to report them to the owners or a higher ranking staff member.
What Would you do if a staff member was abusing their powers?
Tell him or her to stop abusing their powers because it's not the right thing to do as a staff member and that this community is all about respect.
What Would you do if you caught a hacker red-handed?If the person had plenty of warning I would have to punish him/her by either banning or kicking.
