Make sure there aren't any other programs or windows running while using it, but otherwise reboot your comp or uninstall then reinstall it.

They need to have a form were users can fill out the form to request for mod, there's quite a few, but there can be more to help with useful situations, they need more active and accurate mods, that will be able to take action when needed, a mod that's going to tell users right and wrongs and fully explain the rules and welcome new users, they need certain mods moderating certain forums and certain mods on at certain times, so mods can moderate more and the site can be more official.

You must download a photo editor with official tools to do this, try downloading GIMP or PHOTOSHOP and look at some tuts to help you with your siggy.
They have Glowing effects, lightning, shinny, sparkling (etc).

Try www.webs.com.
Here it allows you to add your personal features and you may add a donate button so users can donate money, it's very cheap and yes a domain come with your purchase, also theirs other features, and yes you may add personal pages such as forums, blogs, mods (etc).

You may also add, your personal banner.

If your just looking for a basic website you can make within using forums checkout, www.freeforums.com and yes you may upgrade for a domain, but i suggest you to use webs.com.

My opinion; I feel that webs is more accurate and professional for certain categories.
Also Id be more then glad to help on your site when launched, I'm very official with giving accurate answers and helping with customer support.

- Reboot your computer
- Install a flymod
- Make sure there are no viruses blocking your computer and glitching your minecraft, if so you may find free downloads to run a scan to check.

If none work above, contact mincraft for them to look into your situation.
