Why You Want To Be Staff: This section has no need to be long, therefor ill keep it short and sweet. Simply to enhance the minecraft experience for my peers.
How You Can Help: Assuming this is the one where you try to "sell" yourself to the staff, here goes nothing. First of all I would like to refer to the fact that I am only 16 and a freshman in college, this shows not only my intelligence, but the dedication required to achieve such things. When it comes to getting things done, anyone can go to me for help, regardless if it deals with minecraft, or family issues, i'm always there to listen for anyone willing to talk. I would also like to add my personality to be beneficial to the staff, lol, not in a bad way, but its always good to have new fresh fun faces around! My closing argument would be that i'm a very creative person, along with being a terrific naturalist and medieval/Nordic builder, something that could be beneficial to the server! Im also a builder on the World of Keralis, something you have to apply for, its also one of the largest MC servers on PMC, with over 50k members.

Why you want to be a admin or mod
I would like to start by telling you about me. I'm a person who you can talk to if troubled. You would be able to tell me ideas and imaginations about what you would want the server to be like, I would create that and give you 100% credit. I am a highly experience staff member. Meeting some of the most famous minecrafters I know what they do to achieve that. I know how to respect people, I will never in my life say I'm a better and more epicer person just because I have Head Admin in front of my name, I would tell them we are all equal in importance, its just that how you show it that matters. I do not break or create rules just for my entertainment, I am a disciplined person, knowing not obeying the rules is not an option in life. I am also a great plugin and command manager, I can manage all you plugins without the server stuffing, finding the best host to run the server at a great price, I will help the community of this server rise to a higher level every day. It would be an honor to be beside the staff the owner and the community to see that happen.
What you will do to help the server: I would make this server a friendly and caring community. I would welcome newbies on the server and explain what this server has installed for them. What you could do, or what you want to do. With his or hers opinion I could create new ideas for what players want, I would put voting areas on which mini game they would want to do then on one day make that happen.
How will you help improve the server: I would create more fun areas, no sg, I will discuss and create a sg, no shops, I shall make a shop. I would advertise like I have promised, make threads about the server as a community, With the owners permission I would make a youtube account just for this server and make vids for it.
Experience: I have played minecraft since 2009 the alpha came out, I have owned 3 servers, been co owner twice, Head Admin 5 times, Admin more than plenty, Mod same here with Admin
Can you advertise well for us?: Yes I can offer you advertisement for your server, I am a admin on which is highly filled with players and wouldn't mind advertising there, also I can make webs and blogs which could be necessary.

What do you do if someone repeatedly cursed or spammed after asked not 2?: I would immediately ask the player to stop the cursing or spamming, if he does not listen I shall discuss with other players about what we should do about it, a kick as a warning

Experience: I've been playing minecraft for a little over 3 years now and staffing for 2, I have been in almost every single position at least twice or so with my most successful rank being Head of Staff/Head-Admin (I have around 1 year in total time as a head admin from Galactic-Craft) and in that time I have learned the ins and outs of running a server I know how to solve most common problems and many intermediate ones, I also have a wonderful reputation with players in terms of personality, I am fun but still know when its time to be serious and I never abuse my powers.
Why You Want To Be Staff: I've come to find that simply playing on a server just isn't enough for me now, I like to help others play along side me and form a community and sense of fun on servers and the best way to do that for me is to join the servers staff team.

Why should we pick you:
In my own opinion, I believe that the ideal staff member for Your Or Any Server is being respectful to everyone. I also believe that they need to be loyal and always try their 100% best at everything they do. The staff should never let anyone down if the user’s need assisted. Lastly, I believe the staff members should try their best to stop greefers and hackers. These are some of my own opinion what I think the ideal staff member is for Your Or Any Server.

1. If two members had gotten into an argument, how would you break it up, and leave them both happy?
I will approach the situation respectfully. I will listen to both side of the stories and try to create a solution that will satisfy both of them. If one of the user’s is not satisfied, I will think *outside the box* to make them both happy with the outcome.
2. If someone broke a rule, and you caught them, what would you do? Why?
I would approach them and warn the user that they are breaking the rules. If they continue breaking the rules, I will ban them for a short period of time to make sure then understand what they did is prohibited. If they continue to break the rules, it may result into a ban. If the user has learned what he did was wrong, I will let him/her go.
3. What if you were notified of a rule-breaker by a member? What would you do? Why?
If I was notified of a rule-breaker, I would go into Mob-Mode and spy on them. If I see that they are breaking the rules, I will warn them. If I don't see any suspicious activity, I will let them go. If I see suspicious activity, I will warn them. If they continue to break the rules, I may result in a temporary ban. If she/he continues, I will result in a ban.
4. If someone found diamonds and it was broadcast-ed, what would you do? Why?
I would go invisible to spy on him/her. If the user is *branch-mining* and find diamonds, I will suspect that they are using X-RAY and continue to spy on them. If they find more diamonds by *branch-mining* I will ban them. If I don't see any suspicious activity, I will let them go.
5. If someone cursed you out with the words that haven't been censored, how would you respond? Why?
I would respectfully tell them to stop cursing. I will warn them that disrespecting staff members is strictly against the rules. If continue, I will temporary ban them and see if they learned. If they keep cursing, I may result in a ban.
Can you be trustworthy: Yes
How can you help the server: By always being there to help with everything.
Can you be helpful to any higher ranking people: Yes of course, not only will I always listen to them, but I'll give them all my respect for being higher up, and in my hope one day being in there shoes.
Can you help people if they have questions: Yes, I can EXAMPLE - someone asks (I'm new too the game, how do I make.. stuff? I would reply (How about I go through this with you? then I'd spend a while helping him out,a nd explaining everything in detail too him.. another example, someone has a question about the rules, I would consult the higher ranks, if I did not know the answer, or with an educated decision answer there question!
