I use Fabric with a custom assortment of mods and resource packs. Works really well for the SMP gameplay I usually do.

Make sure you don't have a pack with the same name in the folder already. It fails to copy if you try to add two packs with the same filename.

I read it, and I still feel the same way: if you don't like the new versions, don't play them. Minecraft lets you do that with very little effort, so if you're that angry about these changes, just play one of those versions. You're on a site right now that has thousands of resource packs, so use those if you really don't like Jappa's textures.

That's what Programmer Art is for. If you don't like the new textures, nobody is forcing you to use them.

Discussions/General What reason do you have for playing Bedrock instead of Java?

I mostly play Java, but it's useful to have Bedrock for testing various things. I'm also getting an RTX graphics card soon so I'll be able to use that.

Villager trading if I only need to repair my tools-- I have about a dozen that I can trade with who restock quickly and give me a lot of XP. If I'm going for levels I like to have ilmango's zombified piglin gold farm in a world.

I keep a shulker with valuables (diamonds and netherite, mostly), a shulker with a full set of backup gear, enough obsidian to make a nether portal + flint & steel, any sentimental items, about a stack of logs, a full shulker of flight rockets, and several stacks of golden carrots or steak, depending on my main food source on a server. The rest of the slots I fill with whatever.

Have you tried banning their IP? That tends to deter all but the most determined hackers.
