Minecraft/Servers Looking for a Co-Owner

Previous Experience: I currently own another server and am looking to expand in my ventures.

Anything else you should know: Just curious as to what plugins you have, if any? And also I'm not sure I have the time to completely become the co-owner, however I can offer input and get your server off the ground.

What have you built before: A floating islands map, some towers and stuff, a huge floating castle with some friends (Not on PMC)

RPG server experience: I havn't played on tons of servers, (Mostly sky block)
Other:I love playing and building and would love to help =)

I'd like ones with some new mobs, nothing too complex, maybe deer or something so you can hunt something other than farm animals, and maybe some new foods, I want to combine steak and bread and make a hamburger. =P

I would like a knight/ guard/ warrior skin... I am doing a Minecraft project right now, it's going to be a PVP thing, so if I could get two skins, one for a red team and one for a blue team, that would be incredible, just the same thing is fine, but recolored. I want to package them into the downloadable zip folder that people download whenever they download the map. I'll credit you in the description, on signs in the map, and in the video, the project isn't done yet, however, you can read about what I'm planning on doing here:

even if mojang stops updating, there are so many awesome mods and other people improving the game and expanding the world of minecraftia, that I don't think it will die for quite a few years. there are so many maps, mods, skins, and challenges being added everyday, the world is expanding at a rate that, unless we stop using computers, it wont die.

spike blocks would be cool
and deer and squirrels and birds and monkeys and stuff
also support for texture packs above 16 X 16, then they could have a 32 X 32 default texture pack and 64 X 64, that would improve graphics, and all thoes extra plug-ins would be unnecessary.
a new race of NPC's would be cool, with different looking buildings and resources, like a pigman race, and maybe like a opposite enderman type race with similar powers that you could recruit or befriend to help you fight and conquer all!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

When creepers somehow find thier way into your house, and you go to get more food or drop your valuable items, and you lose everything, and your house, and the sun is conveniantly just about to set... :-C
