Hello I am Blake Johnson also known as CountingCows. I am a very avid minecrafter, I am a social media specialist. I have been working with minecraft for many years, started during first couple months of Minecraft Being launched.
1) I have owned and administrated several servers, I have a lot of experience with plugins, permissions, and basic administration.
2) I consider myself very mature, I am a literate and a conservative. I prefer the most organized approaches verses something that could screw us up in the long run. But I do loosen up a bit and like to have a laugh at times.

4) I do know how to install and work with plugins, I consider myself an expert when it comes to mods and plugins.
5) 8 hours a day sounds a bit steep as I am a high school student, I play Minecraft religiously every night at least 2-3 hours. So a total of about 12-15 hours of dedicated work will be put forth to your server.
6)Yes I consider myself very friendly and outgoing, making new friends is very easy for me!
7) Yes, I am a wonderful builder and creator of anything. Anything from spawntowers to NCP Homes I could build no problem.

9) Yes that is very easy and simple, all you have to do is remain calm and NOT frustrated, address them positively and not negatively and go from there. Impatient players are people who are confused, there should be no consequence for being impatient.
