  how about a counselor? maybe the therapist just wasn't the right one. there also online communities that can help, tons of options... whatever you end up doing, i hope at least something helps. <3 and ah that's good, it's probably fine then!!

  whenever I have to do something I don't wanna do it feels like I'm gonna keep doing that thing forever so I leave it till the last moment and when I finally do it it turns out to not be that bad but for some reason my subconscious doesn't remember that it's not that bad so the thing repeats when I gotta do something again (help)

  Sorry for the super late reply! But a suggestion I have is to use the model for the My Melody hotbar except make the My Melody ears black with a pink dot in the middle of the hood to represent Kuromi’s skull!
