You are right. i use to own my own server and i didn't like getting on that much and the players wanted me to remove a plugin or add a new plugin, and my mods didn't know how to do they're jobs but they said they did now...Now if i deoped them they would be pissed and not understand. i got deoped form a server before cuz i could not be on there alot but i did understand. A good set of endless signs dont hurt but i dont want to write like 1000 signs all over the place. now muteing is a normal answer for mods that just like being mod for free or easy items. i had people asking for items alot and other people asking for op and rarely i got a wave of people that joined and i had to rank them but they just leave,Those people that just Adv on my server is just annoy and there are blocks for adv but there not good and ban the wroung people. only the good thing about being mod or staff or what ever you call it is learning that it is a pain. And those people that want mod all the time dont know what to do when a wave of annoy 7 years join the server thats when the ban hammer goes off for no reason...and my self has been whiney because a mod was not useing his power right but that was before i had my own server. so if you are a guy that is reading this and you ask for op alot turst me its a pain...
