Is your firewall blocking your minecraft? Go to your security and add minecraft.exe to your list of allowed programs.
...or just turn the firewall off if you cannot add it, but make sure to turn it on again after your session. Be warned, turning it off exposes your PC to security threats.

I think it should be allowed. It should be the builder's responsibility to get lockettes and residence for their house. If they haven't, they've made a stupid mistake and should be punished for it.

Age: 14 Why you want to judge: It would give me great experience and let me see some cool Minecraft creations. Why you think you would be good: Trust me, when I see good redstone, I know it! I've built some stuff in redstone, however I'm sure I will be blown away when I see what the PM people can build. It would be great and I would not be biased.
The building contests are much better than the skin ones. A good idea is maybe custom map competitions, where you get given a story and have to follow it and create a puzzle map based around that idea.
