One does not simply "run out of ideas". (Unless you have something seriously wrong with you o.O) When inspiration comes, ideas are formed. You, my friend, appear to not have any inspiration.
I recommend you look at other projects on PMC and just things you like in general. Remember not to copy anything though! Then, when an idea comes latch onto it and milk it for all it's worth. I'd give you ideas, but doesn't that slap originality hard in the face? Anyway, take this for what it's worth
For recording, I've used OBS (Open Broadcasting Software). It allows you to record or livestream, depending on settings you configure. It's the best I've seen for free, I recommend you give it a looksie.

Being 13 myself, I find it unfair that generally, everyone 13 and below is considered "immature", or "unintelligent". Of course, this isn't without some basis, as most people our age can be that way, some more than others. However, often I see people older than me making stupid decisions, so you can't say it's just us that are younger causing all the trouble. (I'm looking at you, 30 year old trolls.)
